For many years, the privately run Landhotel Rittmeister has been a charming place for guests who appreciate a special quality and individuality in a hotel stay. Opened in 2003 and expanded in 2022 with an exclusive wellness area and beautiful rooms and suites, the hotel today has a total of 37 rooms, a restaurant, a restaurant garden and corresponds to the 4-star plus standard. Rostock city center can be reached in a few minutes by car and it takes 25 minutes to drive to Warnemünde on the Baltic Sea.
A total of around 30 ladies and gentlemen take care of the guests of the house every day. We would like to strengthen our team and are therefore looking for someone to start as soon as possible
Front Desk Shift Manager (m/f/d)
The following qualifications are required:
- Vocational training as HoFa / ReFa or alternatively experience at the reception as a career changer
- fluent German in word and writing
- good English knowledge
- polite manners
- Resilience in times of stress
- Knowledge of hotel booking programs
- Experienced handling of Office programs
