Fresh and seasonal products from the region. Demanding and creative preparation of traditional, Mecklenburgian and modern dishes. Unique aromas through herbs, fine wines, premium distillates.

No pre-made dishes. Cooking is craftsmanship, everything is prepared freshly in our kitchen. We source a large part of the products from the region and according to the season.

Our suppliers are, for example, the Warnow sheep farm in Wahrstorf, the hunter’s company Peters in Groß Stove, the Ostsee-Fischer (Baltic Fishers), the Müritz fishermen and other regional producers.

We only use free-range eggs, non-drift net fish, and value the sustainably produced food of our suppliers.

We use fragrant herbs from our own garden and wild herbs from the surrounding meadows. We bake cakes, make jams and our own pesto.

Our restaurant is recommended by the Slow Food guide.

Our large selection of wines is one of the most extensive in the city and has its focus on winemakers from Germany.

Last but not least, there are fine distillates and fruity liqueurs from our own distillery to choose from. In our cigar lounge you can enjoy the finest Habanos and other cigars.

The stylish interior of our house offers the perfect setting for a pleasurable break in a small circle or larger private parties. You can find the current menu and extensive buffet and menu suggestions on the following pages.

In addition to the main restaurant, the distillery and the fireplace room are also available for separate events. For larger events, the hotel room can be used. If the weather is nice we invite you to sit in the cosy restaurant garden under our large lime trees.

Our restaurant is open daily from 11:30 to 22:30.

On Sundays and public holidays we close at 18:00.
